Fantastic! Fast and safe journey between Padangbai Bali and Gili Trawangan.

The crew were very friendly and helpful, highly recommend this service. Some of the other boats of other companies were a lot smaller, and I was glad to be on Eka Jaya's safe and sturdy boat.

I know people generally only come to leave bad reviews, so I hope anyone reading this is reassured that Gilifastway is a great choice.

BUT it does take more like 2 1/2hrs because it’s bigger!

Padangbai to Gili T, 11am transfer. Large boat, no overbooking. Baggage handled well. Enough staff. AC worked just fine. No bumps, felt safe all through the journey. Toilet could have been cleaner.

Couldn't use blue-water-express, so cannot compare with it. But, certainly a competent option, undeserving of severely negative reviews. My return trip was with Semaya. Considering that one, Ekajaya is value for money for sure.

We've been recommending Gilifastway to our customers for years, and generally speaking they're pretty reliable, safe, and fairly priced. I think the earlier boat is on time most of the time, whereas the later boats can be delayed. If there are delays, communication from staff isn't the best. Once you're on board and under way, it's a comfortable and enjoyable ride.

It was a good experience compared to what we got while coming back. Very professional, on time, good leg space, well maintained boat and courteous staff.
